bucket list

When I was diagnosed with cancer, I started this list of things I want to do before I die.  It is, as one would expect, a work in progress.   Ann and I used to talk about this list extensively during our Friday visits to the chemo lounge.  We were out Wednesday night, and she urged me to post the list to the blog.  So here it is:

I feel better after writing my chemo rage post in the middle of the night. It was good to get that out. I’ve decided that today is going to be a good day. I need and deserve a good day.

I didn’t sleep much last night, so I had a lot of time to think. I’ve decided to make a list of things I want to do and places I want to go. Then I’m going to start doing those things asap. For example, I’ve always wanted to go to Iceland. So I’m going to work on figuring that out.

In other news, Jackson’s new thing is hugging me and saying, “You’re so cute, mama.” He’s so sweet. He’s the best person I know.
