I’m proud of myself for a couple of reasons today:
- It occurred to me that despite how fucking stressful the last month has been running this business on my own, I’M FUCKING RUNNING THIS BUSINESS ON MY OWN. That’s noteworthy. (And, of course, I could never do it without my amazing staff.)
- I spoke up despite the awkwardness and laid out my boundaries with someone. I feel relieved.

Boundaries are addictive. Soon you’ll be known for them, and people will say things about that (that they think are insulting) and you will be PROUD because all you’ll hear is “Jenn takes no shit, she’s so badass.”
